- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay all applicable fees
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mass Mobile Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
